Service description

SpinApp generates software from natural-language descriptions. You describe what you want, and our system produces a preview and — if you choose to purchase — a production-ready application.

Free previews

Previews are free and non-binding. You are under no obligation to purchase anything. Previews are provided "as-is" and are intended to demonstrate the look, feel, and interaction of what a production build would deliver.

Paid builds

When you purchase a tier, we build and deliver the application described by the approved preview and specification. Delivery is digital — you receive source code, documentation, and deployment instructions.

• The delivered code is yours to own, modify, and host anywhere.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the applications we build for you.
• Build timelines vary by complexity; typical delivery is within hours, not days or weeks.

Refunds

Because you see the working preview before any payment, refunds are rare. If the delivered build materially fails to match the approved preview, we will fix it or issue a full refund within 14 days.

Limitation of liability

SpinApp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall SpinApp be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service or any delivered software.
